We’re heading back to the Allen County Public Library for this month’s ThinkTank. This time expect a tour of the library’s facilities, many of which are of free use to nonprofit organizations.
You can also expect to get a sneak preview of the Mentoring Program that we are collaborating on with the Northeast Indiana Nonprofit Alliance (NINA). We’ll have the results from the survey (names withheld) and the concepts for how to best implement a program.
What can you offer? Guidance and feedback on what a mentor would mean to you. We’ve already asked you by survey, but this meeting will allow you the chance to speak conversationally.
You’ll be able to freely comment on the role of mentorship in your life, suggest specific mentors, help troubleshoot the program, and contribute in ways we haven’t even thought up yet.
Of course, you can just come to see what it is all about and how it could help you.
